In reference to our vision and mission statements, we, at CTCE, adopt the core values of Love, Openness, Transparency, Accountability, Leadership, Justice and peace and innovation:

I. LOVE: Our Love for students is unconditional; we share a deep commitment in educating them, seeking their empowerment and upliftment.
II. OPENNESS: “Open door” is our policy; students, parents and staff are encouraged to
address their issues freely and openly with Administration and each other.
III. TRANSPARENCY: We shall be firm but fair in the formative and summative
assessment of students and in staff performance appraisal.
IV. ACCOUNTABILITY: we shall give account of our stewardship. The finance and
Procurement offices especially shall be accountable in all receivables and payables.
To whom much is given, much is expected shall be upheld in teaching and learning.
V. LEADERSHIP: Leadership at CTCE shall be servant- like and transformative; setting the pace for both staff and students to emulate.
VI. JUSTICE AND PEACE: We shall practice inclusiveness that treats people of
different backgrounds fairly at their levels.
VII. INNOVATION: We seek new and better ways of teaching and learning to address unmet needs.
